Engineering Technician IV, Metrology Engineer, Electrical Engineer

The Electrical Metrology Engineer is the resident expert in his field and, in conjunction with the Kuwait Senior Engineer, provides engineering/consultant services to the Government of Kuwait (GOK). Conducts research and studies new equipment to ensure that the latest developments in technique and equipment are included in metrology planning for future acquisition. Assists in the development and implementation of a Metrology QA Program as required. Assists in obtaining and maintaining laboratory QA accreditation.

Assesses requirements and develops new measurement techniques and approaches related to electrical, electronic and microwave measurement areas. Develops, tests and evaluates new calibration methodology, as well as performs analysis and evaluation of equipment.
