Engineering Technician

Our Client, a Energy Services company, is looking for a Engineering Technician for their Santa Clara, CA location. Responsibilities:

+ Provide primary support for metrology and analytical tools and equipment

+ Perform repair and system recovery on equipment owned

+ Work with OEM to troubleshoot and investigate root cause

+ Maintain professional interaction with internal teams and external vendors (OEMs)

+ Log all tool-related activities in the designated database

+ Coordinate with OEM suppliers at the start of each shift regarding onsite schedules

+ Conduct daily walkthroughs of assigned buildings/equipment to:

+ Monitor equipment status and all support equipment

+ Organize and schedule preventive maintenance (PM) on responsible tools

+ Perform SPC wafers and record data for tool stability trending

+ Notify and schedule repairs and PM using the provided database
