Job Description
Summary You will serve as an ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN as a MK-41 VLS Technician in the Weapons Branch (Code 294) of NAVAL SHIP REPAIR FACILITY JAPAN REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER. ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below. Responsibilities You will serve as a Program manager waterfront representative monitoring system and program trends on homeported ships and makes recommendations to enhance overall safety of personnel and equipment for the MK-41 Vertical Launch System. You will support ships maintenance teams and SRF-JRMC engineering department by providing on-site resolution and/or correction of production, performance, or quality deficiencies on the MK-41 Vertical Launch System for ships.
