Engineer(s) - Process Engineering & Development

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI), process transfer, process of new R&D request
• Conducting First Article Report for NPI / R&D
• Conduct research and development materials projects, as well as design experiments for investigation into root causes of R&D materials issues and resolve the issues.
• To provide R&D process support for metal & powder materials fabrication by gas atomization (GA), Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP), Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM), heat treatment (Rolling & Sintering) and all their related processes.
• Investigate R&D process and quality problems feedback by customer and implement immediate short-term fixes and long-term solutions.
• Maintain process instructions, procedures and documentation related to R&D.
• Interface with customer and engineering support group in headquarter / OP with regard to R&D product changes and evaluate impact to manufacturing operation.
