Engineer/Senior Engineer, Building

Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Building and Infrastructure Programme Centre, where you will work with multi-disciplinary teams to shape and enhance the capabilities of our defence facilities to support MINDEF/SAF's operational needs.
The role will require you to
Manage construction projects for MINDEF/SAF from planning to tendering and evaluation, site/construction management and transition to Operations & Support
Conduct feasibility and front-end studies and work out project plans, budgets and schedules
Prepare and evaluate invitations to quote and tender submissions to ensure objectivity in the selection process, as well as to ensure that selected solutions meet MINDEF/SAF's needs and are within the approved budget, schedule and project deliverables
Conduct design reviews to ensure that proposed designs meet the project requirements
Conduct regular project meetings and reviews to monitor design development and site progress
