The Engineman II is responsible for operating and maintaining all vessel machinery. Performs troubleshooting and repair of engines and ship systems.

Responsibilities

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

+ Operate and maintain all propulsion and associated machinery and equipment on board the assigned vessel.

+ Identify and troubleshoot all minor engineering problems. Any major problem or casualty will be immediately reported to the vessel’s captain.
