Job Description

Job Title: English Customer Service Representative
Company: Callnovo Inc

Location: Remote

Working shift: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM PST , with a 1-hour break(No pay for lunch break). Working hours converted to Philippine time are 12:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

Job Requirements:
Education: Associate degree or higher.

Language Skills: Fluent in English.

Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience.

Skills: Strong communication skills and stability.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Contact and establish relationships with KOLs, KOCs, and influencers on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

Coordinate with influencers for product evaluations, brand promotions, and content creation.
