Job Description1. Role Overview: Join our world-class R&D team, winner of the ISSCC 2024 Distinguished Paper Award and a consistent contributor with three consecutive years of ISSCC publications. You will design domain-specific AI accelerators that define the state-of-the-art in multimedia applications.
2. Micro-architecture & RTL: Define NPU micro-architecture and execute RTL implementation (Verilog) for critical datapaths and control logic.
3. Co-design & Optimization: Collaborate with algorithm teams to propose hardware-friendly optimizations (Compiler/HW co-design). Focus on achieving best-in-class PPA through architectural innovation that matches or exceeds current standards.
4. Implementation: Work with verification and backend teams to ensure functional correctness and timing closure for successful tape-out.
