JOB DESCRIPTION

Main duties & responsibilities:

1. Writer

• Proactively seeks news stories, advocacy opportunities and brand building activities among the various foundation programs on social, education, medical, charity and humanitarian relief.
• Creates, writes, and produces multi-media content, at times together with the videographer, as feature stories about the various Social, Education, TechVoc, Relief, Medical, and other charity, and humanitarian services of Tzu Chi Foundation, such as but not limited to:
• Documenting, researching, and developing written content; Includes photo documentation and curating stories captured in film.
• Producing high quality film, photography, audio, digital and other possible multimedia content.
• On occasions of coverages for major disasters and similar events of huge significance, you must be able to submit at least one story within the day of the event.
