Panama Outsource Solutions is searching for bilingual customer service and back-office support agents to support various project within our company.

We are searching for a bilingual English/Spanish speakers who are detail oriented and fast learners with strong customer service skills to join our established projects. Positions involve answering customer service calls and emails in both English and Spanish, as well as various other tasks dependent on the role, including data processing and online research. Prior Customer Service Experience strongly preferred.

Our client are around attendance and punctuality. Excellent attendance and punctuality is a MUST. The position is full time in person in our Obarrio office, close to the Via Argentina metro station. Please only apply to this position if you can regularly make the commute without issues.
