About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Support Agent who can deliver clear, structured, and solution-focused support to customers. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted point of contact, helping users navigate complex topics, resolve issues efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via calls, email, and chat.
- Meet performance metrics (Call Handling, CSAT, QA, etc.).
- Simplify complex information into clear, easy-to-understand responses.
- Investigate issues thoroughly and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with relevant teams for problem-solving.
