As a Social Media Customer Support, you will engage with customers across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, responding to comments, emails, and inquiries. Your role is to provide excellent support, share product knowledge, and ensure customers have a positive experience with the brand.

It is a remote full-time position

Schedule: There are 6 possible shifts (working days): Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun or Thur-Mon or Fri-Tue or Sat-Wed or Sun-Thur 9AM - 6PM EST
