English Teacher

Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced English teacher. Your main objective will be to teach English to our team members in our office in Bogotá, Colombia. You will provide academic services from beginner to advanced levels, focusing on in-person classes but also being able to manage virtual group sessions.
Responsibilities:
Create, assemble, and impart lessons
Develop lesson plans depending on the needs of each team or individual
Work with students one-on-one and in groups to help them develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
Review, evaluate, and give proper feedback to team members taking classes
Keep an updated record of students' progress and make reports of learning processes
Requirements and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages, Teaching, or a similar field (required)
Minimum of 2 years proven experience as an English teacher for different age groups and English levels
