ENGLISH TRAINING MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on 
Training Lead / Manager

to lead and oversee the organization's English training initiatives. This role is responsible for driving training effectiveness, improving communication standards, and managing a team of English Coaches/Trainers to ensure operational excellence and continuous development across assigned programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communication, Business, or related field.
• At least 
  4–5 years of experience
   in Training or Learning & Development within the BPO industry.
• Minimum of 
  2 years supervisory experience
   managing trainers or coaches.
• Strong background in English communication training, accent neutralization, or business communication.
