ENGLISH TRAINING MANAGER

Location: Cubao, QC
Onsite | Monday To Friday (Flexi Schedule can be arranged)
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Training Lead / Manager to lead and oversee the organization's English training initiatives. This role is responsible for driving training effectiveness, improving communication standards, and managing a team of English Coaches/Trainers to ensure operational excellence and continuous development across assigned programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communication, Business, or related field.
At least 4–5 years of experience in Training or Learning & Development within the BPO industry.
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience managing trainers or coaches.
Strong background in English communication training, accent neutralization, or business communication.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills (proficiency in Excel or similar tools preferred).
