English Tutor for High School Students

Join us as an English Tutor for High School Students and help shape young minds. This part-time position offers a rewarding teaching experience in a personal learning environment.
In this role, you’ll work directly with students to enhance their understanding of English, using established lesson plans. Required hours include evenings and some Saturdays, allowing for flexible scheduling. Candidates who are enthusiastic about teaching and reside close to Pickering are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct up to 3 students at once at various levels
• Follow the prescribed teaching philosophy and methods
• Document student progress through notes after lessons
• Provide regular communication updates
• Uphold professionalism and friendliness throughout sessions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education vital
• Teaching experience at Grade 9 to Grade 12 level is preferred
