As an Enrolled Nurse, Dialysis, you will be responsible for the following duties: Assess, deliver, and review dialysis care to achieve safe and effective treatment outcomes
Perform hemodialysis cannulation and dialysis treatment according to clinical guidelines
Follow proper infection control and safety procedures at all times
Supervise and guide enrolled nurses and junior staff to ensure quality patient care
Document dialysis treatments, blood results, and patient parameters accurately
Administer IV medications, erythropoietin, and blood transfusions during dialysis as required
Collect water samples to ensure dialysis water meets safety standards
Coordinate with hospitals for blood tests and patient follow-ups
Educate patients on nutrition and fluid management with the dietitian
Respond appropriately to emergencies to ensure patient safety
