JDJ Diagnostics Laboratory is seeking a competent and experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our diagnostic medical laboratory team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in patient care, specimen collection, and clinical support services, ensuring compliance with professional standards and laboratory protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Perform phlebotomy procedures in accordance with SOPs and best practice
Collect blood specimens ensuring correct order of draw and sample integrity
Perform Pap smears professionally and in line with clinical guidelines
Insert and manage IV lines, drips, and injections as required
Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-procedure care
Accurately label, handle, and document specimens
Ensure compliance with infection control, health & safety, and ISO 15189 standards
