About the role

The Enrolled Nurse Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a small team of PCW's and delivering clinical and personal care to meet residents’ cultural, emotional, physical, social and spiritual goals.  You will be supported on shift by an experienced Registered Nurse (RN).
