Enrolment & Marketing Manager/ Senior Executive/ Executive

Wesley Methodist School Klang (Private) (WMSKP) is seeking a purpose-driven and strategic Enrolment & Marketing position to lead student recruitment and relationship-building initiatives with excellence, professionalism, and integrity.

As the school continues to grow, this role will also include developing outreach (business development) opportunities and cultivating partnerships with local communities to support enrolment growth and strengthen the school's presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute student enrolment strategies to meet annual targets.
• Co-ordinate the entire admissions funnel, from inquiry to conversion, ensuring high lead-to-enrolment rates.
• Create and monitor data driven sales forecasts, pipeline management, and monthly reporting.
