Join INTO as an Enrolment Support Officer and play a pivotal role in guiding students from initial interest through to enrolment, helping them take life-changing steps toward studying abroad.

This role sits within the Regional Office and plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer services to our students with counselling through each step of an initial interest to enrolment journey. Predominately sales focused, key goals of this role include:

• increasing student application, confirmations and enrolments,
• being the main point of contact across “The Americas” (US, CANADA and LATAM) remit on all things conversion from lead to enrolment, key stakeholders like (Admissions, universities, reporting manager & recruitment managers) for a smooth student journey
