The Floorhand role involves assisting crewmembers with rig maintenance and operational tasks while emphasizing team collaboration. You will be responsible for efficiently making connections on the rig and maintaining a clean environment. Physical fitness is essential, and you should be prepared for rotating shifts that operate 24/7.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support maintenance and repair of rig equipment
• Efficiently connect and disconnect pipes on the rig
• Ensure cleanliness and order on the rig floor
• Participate in assisting casing operations
• Provide mentorship to less experienced crew members
Requirements:
• Previous manual labor or floorhand experience
