Role: Enterprise Account Executive (APAC)
Reports to: Head of Sales, APAC
Location: Singapore
Experience Level: 7+ years
The Role
Intellect sells into large employers — multinationals, regional conglomerates, government-linked organisations — who are making real budget decisions about workforce mental health. These are not quick deals. They involve multiple stakeholders, internal politics, procurement cycles, and often a competitor who got there before us.
This role is for someone who knows how to win that kind of business.
You will carry your own enterprise patch across APAC. You will build pipeline, run full-cycle deals, and close. The Head of Sales will work alongside you on the most complex pursuits, but you are expected to operate independently and bring rigour to everything you own.
