About the Role
From onboarding through ongoing service delivery, you'll drive strong client relationships, ensure seamless coordination with internal teams and partners, and help clients derive maximum value from Esevel. You will work closely with Operations, IT, and regional service teams to ensure localized execution, SLA adherence, and proactive issue management. This is a client-facing, cross-functional role critical to our growth and retention of enterprise customers.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Ownership
Serve as the primary contact and strategic advisor to assigned enterprise accounts.
Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, operations, procurement, and IT leads.
Lead regular business reviews and manage escalations when needed.
