Enterprise Agreements Renewal Lead

Job Description

Renewal Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of specialists to drive the end-to-end renewal process for Enterprise Agreements (EA). Ensuring timely and successful renewals, optimizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership

   Lead and mentor a team of EA Renewal Specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets its targets and objectives.
2. Renewal Strategy
   :
   Develop and execute comprehensive renewal strategies, coordinating with extended teams to drive renewal success and optimize upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
3. Customer Engagement
   :
   Act as the primary point of contact for key customers during the renewal process, building trust and fostering long-term relationships with Microsoft.
