Enterprise Applications Lead

Role Summary

We are looking for a senior ERP / CRM Lead with strong Microsoft Dynamics experience to drive enterprise application initiatives across ERP, CRM, and Microsoft platforms. The role will be responsible for solution architecture, implementation, modernization, and optimization of business-critical systems in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP & CRM interface delivery, implementations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives through internal and partner teams
• Architect, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated solutions
• Drive integrations with internal and third-party systems using Microsoft technologies and APIs
• Provide technical leadership, solution governance, and design oversight
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and manage vendors’/implementation partners
