Enterprise Applications Service Owner

We're partnering with a global organisation to hire an experienced Enterprise Applications Service Owner to provide L2/L3 support for mission-critical platforms such as SAP and Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver L2/L3 support for SAP, Workday, and other enterprise systems, ensuring stability and rapid issue resolutions
Monitor and manage incidents, problems, and changes following ITIL/ITSM best practices, including root cause analysis.
Act as the primary operational contact for business users and vendors for day-to-day system operations.
Support releases, patches, upgrades, and enhancements with minimal business disruption.
Drive service improvements through documentation, SLA tracking, and operational reporting ensuring service routemaps are aligned with the organisation's wider strategy
