Enterprise Architect

The Enterprise Architect - Data Centre is responsible for defining, governing, and optimising the organisation's data centre architecture across on-premises, colocation, and hybrid cloud environments. The role ensures high availability, security, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency, while aligning infrastructure architecture with business and digital transformation strategies.

Job Responsibilities

Architecture & Governance

• Design Authority (DA) for SSDC's data centre, private cloud, and IaaS platforms.
• Owns reference architectures used for:
• Customer onboarding
• Regulatory audits
• Future facility builds
• Define and maintain enterprise data centre architecture standards, principles, and roadmaps
• Govern infrastructure design to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture (EA) and IT strategy
• Review and approve data centre and infrastructure designs, changes, and technology selections
