Enterprise Billing Specialist

Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Enterprise Billing Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day billing operations—ensuring our customers are invoiced accurately and on time.

You must be comfortable handling complex billing scenarios, and need to be analytical, detail‑oriented, a strong problem solver, and comfortable interpreting contract language. You should also be an effective communicator, able to work independently, and adaptable to different client SOPs and data sources.

Must have familiarity with billing systems, reporting tools, and structured processes. You'll work closely with the sales, customer success, and finance teams to manage subscriptions, process payments, and resolve billing issues efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is passionate about both numbers and customer experience.
