Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Application Support Engineer with strong experience in ECMS / e-Statement systems to support mission-critical banking applications. This role is BAU-focused and requires hands-on ownership of production stability, SLA adherence, and incident resolution in a 24×7 banking environment.
This is a specialized role, ideal for professionals with exposure to Pitney Bowes EngageOne or similar ECMS platforms in BFSI.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 BAU production support for ECMS / e-Statement banking applications
Ensure system availability, SLA compliance, and smooth online & batch processing
Monitor and support EOD / EOM / statement generation and batch jobs
Perform incident, problem, and outage management, including RCA
Conduct impact analysis for enhancements and releases
Support SIT / UAT / PROD / DR deployments
Participate in DR / BCP exercises and weekend/on-call support
