We are hiring a
Senior Application Support Engineer
with strong experience in
ECMS / e-Statement systems
to support
mission-critical banking applications
. This role is
BAU-focused
and requires hands-on ownership of
production stability, SLA adherence, and incident resolution
in a
24×7 banking environment
.

This is a
specialized role
, ideal for professionals with exposure to
Pitney Bowes EngageOne or similar ECMS platforms
in BFSI.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide
  L2/L3 BAU production support
  for
  ECMS / e-Statement banking applications
• Ensure
  system availability
  , SLA compliance, and smooth
  online & batch processing
• Monitor and support
  EOD / EOM / statement generation
  and batch jobs
• Perform
  incident, problem, and outage management
  , including RCA
• Conduct
  impact analysis
  for enhancements and releases
