Enterprise Customer Success Manager

As we continue to scale, we're looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to build long‑term strategic relationships with our largest customers, ensuring they gain maximum value from our platform and become lifelong Aibidia advocates.

In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for your portfolio of enterprise clients. You’ll lead onboarding, drive product adoption, and champion customer success while closely collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver world‑class experiences.
