· Identify potential member-entrepreneurs and provide capability enhancement training

· Work with the team to develop related training/seminar that addresses the member's needs, concerns, and objectives and its enterprise

· Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through difference to a positive conclusion

· Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately

· Identify Enterprise training needs and design appropriate program for approval of President & CEO

· Sourcing of potential linkage partnership that can provide venues for member's training and development

· Efficient coordination of training programs and schedules to SMEC Officer and Associates for branch information dissemination

· Evaluate training initiatives and provide appropriate report and recommendations
