JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a proactive and technically proficient
Enterprise Observability Centre (EOC) Administrator
with 2–3 years of experience in observability operations and platform management. The ideal candidate is skilled in configuring, fine‑tuning, and optimizing observability platforms across the full IT stack to ensure superior performance and reliability. This role involves active collaboration with cross‑domain teams to gather requirements and deliver effective observability solutions. Candidates must have experience in SLA monitoring, incident management, and ITIL‑aligned service delivery processes. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work outside regular office hours, and solid programming skills to support automation, integration, and customization of observability solutions are essential.
