Leads more complex analyses, documentation improvements, and smaller CI initiatives. Provides insights and supports transformation projects.

• Perform advanced analytics and KPI trend studies.
• Lead small-scale CI & Kaizen initiatives.
• Maintain enterprise process repository quality.
• Guide junior analysts in RCA and documentation.
• Provide insights for scorecards and reviews.
• Support automation assessments.

Education, Training and Licenses Required

• Bachelors degree.
• Yellow Belt required; Green Belt preferred.
• 2–4 years experience.
