Enterprise Recruitment Representative

The Opportunity
:This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of our institution partners, driving targeted enrollment growth and enhancing partner satisfaction. You will execute recruitment strategies, assist in conversion initiatives, and act as a liaison between institutions and ApplyBoard’s internal teams.
What you’ll be doing every day:
Execute Recruitment Strategies: Assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies aimed at helping our partners meet their enrollment goals.
Marketing & Outreach:
Participate in education fairs; deliver targeted presentations to agents and prospective students.
Conduct a high volume of partner engagement (minimum 5–8 recruitment partner visits daily) and train partners on processes, top schools/programs, and admission requirements
Promote Service Adoption: Encourage partners to adopt premium services and tools that enhance overall satisfaction and results.
