We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Principal Program Analyst to lead and elevate Enterprise Resilience across our organization. This role will design, implement, and oversee a comprehensive resilience framework that ensures continuity of patient care, information technology, operations, and workplace safety through all phases of emergency management—mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. This role will drive system-level crisis management, cyber resilience, IT disaster recovery, business continuity, and enterprise risk management initiatives; partner with clinical, operational, and technology leaders; and translate risk into prioritized, actionable programs that measurably reduce downtime and protect staff and patients.
