What you'll be doing

• Act as the subject matter expert for Infor LN, ensuring strong process integration, accurate data flow, and effective use of new system functionality
• Analyse and improve production, logistics, and supply chain processes, identifying gaps, resolving issues, and shaping future‑state processes that support operational efficiency
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements, translating them into clear system needs and ensuring alignment between operational teams and technical specialists
