Job Descriptions:

• Develop, implement and maintain an ERM framework and supporting policiesand processes.
• Develop and implement ERM tools, methodologies and processes to analyzeand report enterprise risks.
• Facilitate and support business lines in identification and assessmentof risks at Company level to identify top key risks that are affectingachievement of the business objectives and discuss the outcome with Head ofDivision for their concurrence.
• Establishment of core principles to govern the product/services lifecycle and conduct risk assessment for product/services.
• Conduct annual material risk assessment to identify all material risk tothe Company and deliberate the results to Management and Board level committeesfor approval.
• Conduct annual review and evaluate risk appetite to ensure it continuesto be relevant and responsive to changes in the business activities...
