Job Description
Responsibilities: Have a comprehensive understanding of customer network and services, be proficient in service solutions for a specific scenario, have a deep understanding of project delivery background and capabilities, and master customer success management methods. Responsible to lead the project team to generate complex customized service solutions and take responsibility for the solution competitiveness and project results from project strategy development, bidding, and negotiation, develop and implement the fulfilment & delivery strategies, mitigate fulfilment risks, and ensure the project deliverability. Responsible for customer fulfilment satisfaction and responsible for feasible project delivery and contract fulfilment, and help customer identified specific problems in planning, construction, maintenance, optimization, and operation.
