Enterprise Systems Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Supervisor - Enterprise Systems supports the stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of the company's ERP (NetSuite and Exist) environment by handling day-to-day system administration, leading end-user support and training, and maintaining clean, compliant master data. The role ensures smooth operations across different modules while escalating complex issues to the Junior Manager - Enterprise Systems.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Accountancy, or any relevant Business/IT field;
• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in ERP system administration, user support, data governance, or systems/process roles;
• Other relevant certifications (advantage): NetSuite Administrator Certification, ITIL Foundation, Data Governance or Analytics Certificate, CPA.
