The Enterprise Technical Advisor is a senior, customer‑facing technical leader responsible for guiding strategic clients through complex technology landscapes and enabling meaningful business outcomes. This role blends deep technical expertise, business acumen, and executive presence to build trusted relationships with C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders. It also requires proven experience operating as an individual contributor, independently managing multiple large enterprise customer relationships simultaneously while driving strategic and operational excellence.
This position is ideal for a seasoned Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Leader with a strong generalist technical background and a passion for connecting people, process, and technology.
