Enterprise Transformation Manager

We’re looking for an Enterprise Transformation Manager to join our team at Lightspeed. This role will serve as a key member of Lightspeed’s Transformation Management Office (TMO) and report to the Director of Enterprise Transformation. Lightspeed is undergoing a multi‑year transformation focused on strengthening core growth engines and driving operational efficiency across the business. In this role, you will help bring strategy to life by translating priorities into action, removing roadblocks, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable impact.
