Enterprise Value Delivery Program Manager

This role requires a seasoned leader with 10-12 years in program delivery and at least 5 years of healthcare experience. You will be accountable for shaping narratives, driving stakeholder alignment, and maintaining program milestones. Additionally, you will guide Business Analysts to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to enterprise standards.

• Build integrated master program plans and track dependencies
• Lead program governance, updating executive stakeholders
• Manage the budget, forecasting, and benefits tracking
• Navigate inter-project dependencies and risks
• Coach teams to enhance delivery discipline across projects
Requirements:
