Entity Compliance Specialist (Remote / Hybrid — Ontario)

We’re a SaaS company building an online platform that streamlines Canadian business formation and ongoing corporate compliance. You’ll be part of a small, results-driven team that handles name searches, registrations, CRA program accounts, and digital minute books for clients ranging from sole proprietorships to federally incorporated companies.

Remote-first: work from anywhere in Ontario, with up toone in-office day per month in Toronto for team planning or secure document handling.
Hours: 22.5 hrs per week to start, moving to full-time in3–6 months as we scale. All hours, breaks, and overtime practices follow the Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA).

Key Responsibilities

• Name Clearance & Reservation
• Run NUANS and provincial searches viaDye & Durham eCore (OnCorp) orESC Registry Complete and secure reservation numbers.
• Business Registrations & Incorporations
