The Role

We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to lead Operations and turn it into a scalable, high-margin delivery engine. Reporting to the CEO (Integrator), you’ll own end-to-end workflow execution, lead Ops team to precision and profitability, design/maintain lean playbooks, drive innovation in data sourcing/enrichment/AI, monitor key metrics, and ensure flawless handoffs (CSM → Ops → Growth).
