    · The role is best suited to someone who thrives amid ambiguity, brings a founder mindset, and has demonstrated strong 0-to-1 delivery in the real world (not just PPT/analysis).

    · Ownership is non-negotiable. The person should not expect detailed instructions-they must be comfortable figuring things out, iterating quickly, and bringing in others as needed.

    · They'll directly own and drive at least 1-2 critical functions or new bets for within the first 6-12 months

    · The company (and I) can trust them to just get it done with minimal supervis...
