Entrepreneurship & Job-Readiness Coordinator

Job Summary

The Entrepreneurship & Job-Readiness Coordinator is responsible for the facilitation and delivery of the self-employment program and employment programming at Operation Grow and the coordination of the rental spaces. The Coordinator will ensure the effective implementation of the project and will work collaboratively with community stakeholders, ensuring project initiatives reflect a harm reduction, intersectional feminist and anti-oppression framework.
