About The Role *
We are looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic, and people-focused Entry-Level Bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping tasks while providing excellent customer support. This role balances transaction management, problem-solving, and communication with clients, ensuring accurate financial records and maintaining high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

*1. Transaction Management *

• Review and categorize transactions that cannot be auto-categorized (:20% of total volume)
• Reconcile monthly books for assigned client portfolio
• Identify and flag unusual or questionable transactions
• Ensure accurate coding according to standard accounting practices
• Manage 5–6 clients on average per month in a team of :30
