Entry-level Business Analyst

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Internship or academic project experience in business analysis, IT, or related fields
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and SDLC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint (knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or SQL is a plus but not required)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Exposure to data analysis or reporting tools
